WEDDING TOASTMASTER
Thank you for looking at my site. You must either be a Bride who has
booked a wedding venue and looking for a Professional Toastmaster to officiate,
or in the early stages of your planning and just looking at wedding suppliers
in general. As a Professional Toastmaster I can help in both of these
areas,
giving you peace of mind that all your requirements will be met before
the big day and on the day itself. You will be, or have spent, a long
time organising
your wedding right down to the finest detail. So I am going to explain
the role of the Professional Toastmaster to give you a clearer understanding
of the
importance of including Toastmaster Roy Austin for your wedding.
Before the day
From the moment you confirm your booking I am working for you, the client.
Utilising my 20 years experience, I can direct and guide you through the
wedding industry. Firstly I will arrange to meet you in your home or venue
in a relaxed and friendly environment subject to distance, and if you
would like
to bring parents, or those who are assisting on the day, they are most
welcome. We will discuss what your hopes, dreams, and expectations are
to make
your day complete. As a Professional Toastmaster I will give you ideas
of things that you might not have even thought of, leaving you free to
complete your
arrangements. All Brides that I met find this very useful and many are
most grateful for my input, but at all times this is your day, so you
have the final say.
We spend time talking through the day in the finest detail. If we are
at the venue we can even walk through the day as well.
On the day
If the ceremony is taking place at the venue, I work closely with the
Registrars if they require my assistance. After the ceremony I am available
to assist your
photographer with arranging the group photographs if requested, or will
leave it in their capable hands as per your instructions. Continuing on,
I guide you all
through the wedding breakfast from the moment you enter to the time you
leave, working with all other suppliers you have engaged for your wedding.
As your evening guests arrive, I work closely with your band or disco
to make certain the evening is set for your first dance. My duties are
complete after the
first dance when your evening party is well under way.

We would highly recommend Roy Austin to officiate on your wedding day.
He completely removed the stress of running the day, and
organised everyone for us. This left us to relax and enjoy our special
day. He made sure that as the Bride and Groom, we fitted in some
time alone walking through the grounds of our venue which was much appreciated.

Hi Roy
Hope you're well!
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help on our amazing day.
The day was so perfect and all your advice and help made everything
run smoother than we could ever have imagined.Thank you also for the special
attention you paid to Claire through-out the day, I know she really
appreciated it, as did me & Lauren. You really was an absolute joy
to have there, and it really felt like you were one of the guests.
All the little touches were very unexpected, especially the coin and the
cork, such a lovely thought Roy! Also the idea with the champagne bottle
and the name cards, again a great idea that went down really well, we
both look forward to reading them in 12 months time!
The other amazing idea was to auction the flowers on the table, at the
end of the day we had raised £500, which is unbelievable!!! We split
the money
between the Royal Marsden and Cancer Research, which they were extremely
grateful for and wrote us a letter of thanks, so thank you for such a
great idea, again!
I have also spoke to James and he is going to email you, as I know he
was really happy to have you around on the day, and would like to show
his thanks.
Again Roy, thank you so much for all your help, you was so professional
throughout the day, and we really couldn't recommend you highly enough
to all our friends.
In fact I've already given your number out to a prospective client, so
I hope something comes of that for you. I believe it's a wedding at Parley

Liz and I asked Roy to be our toastmaster for the "special day "
and he was truly exceptional beforehand
and on the day.
Roy advised us brilliantly and offered us ideas to make our day even
more special. We did this in two ways.
It was Roys idea to have a "candle of remembrance" for Liz's
Dad, ( bride's father ) who had passed away
and invite two love birds in the form of two white doves which we held
and released before the wedding breakfast.
Any couple that think they don't need a toastmaster then think again
because everyone needs a "conductor
of the orchestra" on such a busy day, believe me! Roy was certainly
in tune with everything.
Roy was tremendous in every way, he was idea giving beforehand and sensitive
to our needs and commanded
a subtle but precise presence throughout the day. We had great feedback
from our guests too who enjoyed his
humour and banter.
Roy you were a star in so many ways and we are both so grateful that
