•  make certain that the Bride & Groom’s requirements are met
•  be able to help and direct all the speakers
•  co-ordinate with the Function Manager, Video Specialist and Photographer
•  announce the cutting of the Wedding Cake

•  retire the Bride & Groom from the top table
•  arrange the removal of the gifts
