Just wanted to say a huge thank you for being our toastmaster at Claire and Harry’s wedding.
I don’t think most of our guests really knew quite what to expect from a toastmaster when I mentioned it a few months before the
event but the extra you brought to this big day was fantastic. I had so many guests, friends and family approach me both during the
day and since, that said how great you were and what a difference it made. I’d like to also personally thank you for the bits you did
during the hours before all the guests arrived at the venue, checking that everything was perfect and dealing so well with any issues
that arose during the celebrations, leaving me to concentrate on staying nervous for my speech.

Richard and I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help and support for being our toastmaster on our wedding day.
From the first meeting we had with you at the venue you really put our minds at rest and even suggested a few extra touches
that we had never even thought of. Your experience really helped with the planning of our day and it couldn’t have run any better
even the sun made an appearance!
When we arrived at the venue after the ceremony everything was in hand and you took care of any small problems that came up,
with your first priority making sure we were both relaxed and enjoying the day. We both felt very comfortable and I know Richard
asked you for advice throughout even instead of his best man and ushers!

Wedding Toastmaster Stoke Park, Buckinghamshire
We employed Roy to be the Toastmaster at our wedding after meeting him at a wedding fayre at Stoke Park. From the very
first meeting, Roy was impeccably dressed in his Toastmasters uniform and from that very first meeting was courteous, friendy
and professional He gave us a small tour of the venue and we knew immediately from his manner that we wanted him to
officiate at our wedding.
In the build up to our special day Roy stayed in constant touch, asking if he could do anything for us. We met shortly before our
wedding and he put our minds at rest that everything was in place to enable us to really relax and enjoy our wedding day. He
suggested a few little extra's that he thought would improve our day even further, which indeed they did. On the eve of the day,
he telephoned Sascha to see if she was relaxed and calm and most importantly ready to say 'yes', and this was a very nice touch.
On the day itself Roy arrived early to make sure everything at the venue was ready. He came to see both of us independently in
our rooms to make sure we were both feeling good. He ran the day beautifully, coming forward to direct events when he needed to,
and staying in the background when he didn't. His priority on the day seemed to be making sure Sascha and I stayed relaxed and
were enjoying our day. He is a master of his art and was without doubt the best investment we made for our wedding day. Roy's
presence was instrumental in making our wedding day the day that it was, the best day of our lives.
If you have the opportunity to employ Roy to be your Toastmaster, it will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding
or special event.

Hope you're well!
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help on our amazing day. The day was so perfect and all your advice and help made everything
run smoother than we could ever have imagined.Thank you also for the special attention you paid to Claire through-out the day, I know she really
appreciated it, as did me & Lauren. You really was an absolute joy to have there, and it really felt like you were one of the guests.
All the little touches were very unexpected, especially the coin and the cork, such a lovely thought Roy! Also the idea with the champagne bottle
and the name cards, again a great idea that went down really well, we both look forward to reading them in 12 months time!
The other amazing idea was to auction the flowers on the table, at the end of the day we had raised £500, which is unbelievable!!! We split the money
between the Royal Marsden and Cancer Research, which they were extremely grateful for and wrote us a letter of thanks, so thank you for such a great idea, again!
I have also spoke to James and he is going to email you, as I know he was really happy to have you around on the day, and would like to show his thanks.
Again Roy, thank you so much for all your help, you was so professional throughout the day, and we really couldn't recommend you highly enough to all our friends.
In fact I've already given your number out to a prospective client, so I hope something comes of that for you. I believe it's a wedding at Parley Manor again, so you'll

Wedding Toastmaster Rhinefield House, Brockenhurst, Hampshire
Liz and I asked Roy to be our toastmaster for the "special day " and he was truly exceptional beforehand
and on the day.
Roy advised us brilliantly and offered us ideas to make our day even more special. We did this in two ways.
It was Roys idea to have a "candle of remembrance" for Liz's Dad, ( bride's father ) who had passed away
and invite two love birds in the form of two white doves which we held and released before the wedding breakfast.
Any couple that think they don't need a toastmaster then think again because everyone needs a "conductor
of the orchestra" on such a busy day, believe me! Roy was certainly in tune with everything.
Roy was tremendous in every way, he was idea giving beforehand and sensitive to our needs and commanded
a subtle but precise presence throughout the day. We had great feedback from our guests too who enjoyed his
humour and banter.
Roy you were a star in so many ways and we are both so grateful that you were our toastmaster and managed
the day and staff at Rhinefield House so brilliantly.

was one of the best decisions (if not the best) we made when planning our wedding.

Also, I am glad we chose you in particular as our toastmaster, you brought the
perfect balance ofprofessionalism and informality, authority and friendliness to the day
